Yes. You can use it on social media, on your website and in paid ads, in any country, with no time limit and no extra license fee.
Stelvyna characters are the intellectual property of Invision 360 Servicios, S.A.S. and are for the exclusive use of Stelvyna, a trademark registered with the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI) under registration no. 1947298. The faces of its models are recorded in Mexico's Public Copyright Registry (INDAUTOR) under no. 03-2026-061921213800-01. The license covers the delivered ad, not the character: reproducing, copying or recreating the character, its face or its voice with any other artificial intelligence tool, training models with it, or using it in content produced outside Stelvyna is prohibited. Use of the ad is subject to the Terms and Conditions you accept when you order.
Yes. You can order per ad, a 3-ad Pack, monthly or with a yearly contract. You can cancel the monthly plan whenever you want, and billing stops at the end of the month already paid. The yearly contract runs for 12 months and has the best price per ad.
If you cancel before approving the script, we refund everything. After that, production has already started. If the ad does not match the approved script, we fix it at no cost.
Yes, as long as they are labeled as AI content. TikTok requires that label, and Meta now detects and labels it automatically. We deliver your ad ready to post that way.
It can present your product, show it and explain why it works. What it does not do is pose as a real customer who used it, because platforms and advertising laws prohibit that.
Ads that imitate real people without their permission, that include minors, that make health, money or results claims that cannot be proven, or political or adult content.
