Terms and Conditions of Service

Stelvyna is a trade name operated by Invision 360 Servicios, S.A.S. (“Invision Go” or “we”), Mexican Tax ID (RFC) ITS230817B28, with its address at Calle 32 #298 x 23 y 17, Col. Montebello, C.P. 97113, Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico. Contact: contacto@invisiongo.com · invisiongo.com.

Stelvyna designs and produces video ads featuring characters generated with artificial intelligence. Depending on the plan ordered, the service may include script, character, voice, editing, captions and music, in Spanish or English, in vertical format ready to post on social media.

• Cast character: a Stelvyna character that is already designed and may also appear in ads for other brands.
• Your own face: a character designed from the Client's instructions, which Stelvyna uses only in that Client's ads, under the terms of section 7.

All Stelvyna characters are fictional and generated with artificial intelligence. They do not represent or imitate real people.

• Request: the Client tells us what they sell, to whom and in which language, or provides their own idea or script.
• Proposal and payment: we send the order proposal. Production begins once payment is received.
• Script approval: before production, the Client approves the script in writing, by email. From that approval on, the script is considered final.
• Production and delivery: we deliver the ad in digital format within the timeframe stated when the order is confirmed. Timeframes start once we have received payment, script approval and all the necessary materials.

• Each ad includes up to 2 rounds of revisions at no cost, requested within 7 calendar days of delivery.
• Revisions are changes to editing, captions, music, pacing or framing, or minor text corrections within the approved script.
• A change of script, language, character, length or concept after the script has been approved is quoted as a new ad.
• If the Client does not request revisions within 7 calendar days of delivery, the ad is considered accepted.

• Current prices are those published at stelvyna.com or stated in the proposal sent to the Client, and are expressed in United States dollars (USD), unless the proposal states another currency.
• Prices do not include taxes. Clients in Mexico are charged the applicable Mexican VAT (IVA) and receive an electronic invoice (CFDI) on request. Clients outside Mexico are charged the taxes that apply under the applicable law.
• Single ads and packs: paid in advance, in a single payment.
• Packs: the ads in a pack must be requested within 90 calendar days of payment. Ads not used within that period expire without refund.
• Monthly plan: charged in advance at the start of each period and renewed automatically. Ads not used in a month do not carry over to the next. The Client may cancel at any time by email; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, with no penalty.
• Your own face as a commitment benefit: if your own face was provided at no cost in exchange for keeping the monthly plan for a minimum period and the Client cancels before completing it, the current price of your own face will be charged.
• Payments are processed through third-party payment platforms. Fees charged by the Client's bank or for currency conversion are paid by the Client.
• We may change our prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders already paid or the current period of a monthly plan.

• Before approving the script: the Client may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
• After approving the script: production has started and there is no refund.
• If the delivered ad does not match the approved script or has technical defects, we will fix it at no cost. If we cannot deliver it, we will refund the amount paid for that ad.
• Refunds are made to the same payment method, less any non-recoverable fees charged by the payment platform.
• If the Client initiates a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us, we may suspend the service and the license to use the ads involved until the matter is resolved.

All copyright and all intellectual and industrial property rights in the following belong to Invision 360 Servicios, S.A.S.:

• The Stelvyna brand, registered with the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI) under registration no. 1947298, its logos, the website and its content.
• The cast characters and the your-own-face characters: their face, appearance, name, style, voice and other distinctive features. The faces of the Stelvyna models are recorded in the Public Copyright Registry of Mexico's National Copyright Institute (INDAUTOR) under no. 03-2026-061921213800-01.
• The ads produced, the scripts, the edits and the working files.
• The methods, processes, tools and know-how used to produce them.

License granted to the Client

Once each ad has been paid in full, Invision Go grants the Client a worldwide, perpetual license at no additional cost to use that ad in the advertising and communications of its own brand, products and services, on social media, its website, paid media and any other channel. The license does not transfer ownership of the ad or of the character.

Exclusivity of your own face

Invision Go undertakes not to use or license to third parties the your-own-face character designed for the Client. New ads with that character are produced exclusively through Stelvyna.

The Client may not

• Sell, assign or sublicense the ads or the characters to third parties.
• Separate the character, the voice or the music from the ad to use them on their own or in other content.
• Modify the character, create derivative works from it, or produce new content with its image or voice outside Stelvyna.
• Use the ads, the characters or their images to train, fine-tune or feed artificial intelligence models.
• Register trademarks, names or rights in the characters as its own.
• Use the characters in political, adult, discriminatory, defamatory or illegal content.

Client materials

The Client retains ownership of its brand, logos, product photos and any other materials it provides, and grants us a license to use them solely to produce its ads. The Client warrants that it holds the necessary rights to those materials and is responsible for any third-party claims relating to them.

Music

The music included in the ads is licensed for use within the delivered ad. It may not be extracted or used on its own.

Portfolio

Invision Go may show the ads it produces on its site and in its promotional materials as samples of its work, unless the Client requests in writing that an ad not be shown.

• The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the information about its product or service, the prices, promotions and claims that appear in its ads, and for holding any permits and registrations its business requires.
• The Client agrees to comply with the policies of the platforms where it posts, including those on labeling content generated with artificial intelligence, and with the advertising and consumer protection laws that apply to it.
• The characters are fictional. The Client must not present them as real people or as real customers describing their own experience with the product.
• We do not produce ads that imitate real people without their written consent, that include minors, or that contain health, financial or results claims that cannot be substantiated.
• We may refuse or stop production of any script or content we consider illegal, misleading or contrary to these Terms. In that case, we will refund the amount paid for the ad not produced.
• The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Invision Go harmless from any claim arising from the content, the claims or the use it makes of its ads.

We produce the ads with the utmost care, but we do not guarantee results in sales, reach, views, customers or return on advertising spend, nor that platforms will approve an ad or keep it published. If a platform rejects an ad because of an element attributable to the production, we will make reasonable adjustments within the rounds in section 4.

Ads are delivered through a download link or by email. We keep the final files for 90 calendar days from delivery. After that period we may delete them, so the Client must download and store them.

We treat as confidential any non-public information the Client shares with us about its business and use it only to provide the service. The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Notice.

To the extent permitted by law, Invision Go's total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount the Client paid for that order. Invision Go is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost sales or data, or for failures or decisions of platforms, providers or third-party services beyond its control.

The Client agrees to use the site lawfully and not to attempt unauthorized access to its systems, copy its content, download the sample ads, or use the site for any purpose other than learning about and ordering our services.

We may suspend or terminate the service if the Client breaches these Terms, fails to make a payment, or uses the ads or characters contrary to section 7 or section 8. In case of misuse of the characters, the license to use them will terminate.

Approvals, revision requests, cancellations and notices are made by email. Our official email address is contacto@invisiongo.com.

We may update these Terms. The current version will be published at stelvyna.com with its last-updated date. Changes do not affect orders already paid.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of the city of Mérida, Yucatán, and waive any other jurisdiction that may apply to them by reason of their present or future domicile. Our services are intended for businesses and professionals; if the Client is a consumer under Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law (Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor), it retains the rights that law grants it.

These Terms may be published in Spanish and English. If there is any discrepancy between the two versions, the Spanish version prevails.
